Get Connected:
To Do Before Traveling:
Everyone must complete the Health Control Form and have a QR code to enter the country showing either proof of vaccination + booster, negative PCR within 72 hrs, or negative antigen within 24 hrs. We recommend downloading the app to get your QR code.
Accommodations:
Please find the rooming chart with accommodations listing and roommate(s) here.
Everyone has their own bed unless Gil has reached out personally
All solo rooms are at the hotels (Ceferino, Cesar, Mumm by Pillow)
All non-couple rooms at Gran Villa Rosa are triples (in larger lux rooms)
Room assignments are based on event needs/support, payment date, preference, bed arrangement, friend group
If you have a room issue, please reach out to @Brittany Nelson - we can help mitigate, or organize rooms at another hotel nearby
Some of you were bumped up or down to your second choice, we will connect directly for refunds/amounts due

To / From Airport:
Taxis from BCN are plentiful and easy to use. Avg. airport ride ~50 - 60€
Cabify also works from the BCN airport. Avg wait times can be from 5 - 15 mins
Car Rentals: there are several car rental companies located in terminals at BCN and are recommended for people who are not staying offsite at different hotels. (Parking can be challenging in Sitges public areas, but are generally available at hotels)

Transportation:
We have arranged shuttles between Gran Villa Rosa, Masia Notari, Hotel Ceferino, Hotel Cesar, and Mumm Hotel each day - here is a link to the schedule. If you are staying off-site in Sitges, we highly recommend renting a car as taxi service can be difficult. Join the WhatsApp Transportation Channel here (starting Thursday) for updates on shuttle timing throughout the weekend:
